[Object] To realize weight reduction of a hub unit for bicycle by using a hub integrally formed with a bearing holder and the like. [Constitution] A hub 1 includes a cylindrical body 15, and discoidal spoke mount portions 12 installed at right angle to the body 15 at its both ends. A shaft 2 is provided at a center of the cylindrical body 15 of the hub 1. Bearings 3,3 are provided at both ends of the shaft 2, respectively. Surfaces of each one end of the bearings 3,3 are provided with spherical nuts 5,5 for fixing the bearings 3,3 to the terminal portions of the shaft 2. The hub unit for bicycle is then formed by attaching those spherical nuts 5,5. |
