GENERATION OF DROSOPHILA DSCR1-GAL4, AND DSCR1-GAL4, UAS-GFP DOUBLE MUTANTS PREPARATION METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE TRANSGENIC MUTANTS

The present invention relates to a mutant, capable of expressing fluorescent protein in a tissue-specific location of down syndrome critical region 1 (DSCR1) of a drosophila, and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a GAL4 system which is an expression system capable of over expression of gene transcription in certain tissue; a drosophila mutant with DSCR1 expression tissue-specific expression which is produced by separating a promoter region of the DSCR1 gene from genome of the drosophila; a double mutant of a mutant with over expression of fluorescent protein; and a method for producing the same. The DSCR1-GAL4 and GFP over expression double mutant of the present invention can be used for screening of DSCR 1-related factors and can be used as a very useful animal model in a research for functions of drosophila genes and functions of genes related to degenerative brain disorders of the human.
