The present invention relates to a method for screening an agent inhibiting cancer metastasis comprising a step of treating a candidate material predicted to inhibit the cancer metastasis of a cancer cell, and a step of measuring the content of a Bax/complex-I composite in the cancer cell; and to a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting cancer metastasis comprising an agent for inhibiting the expression of p53 and Bcl-w, which relate to the formation of the composite, or an agent for promoting the expression of Bax. The method for screening an agent inhibiting cancer metastasis provided in the present invention is used in discovering a preparation preventing cancer metastasis in advance by controlling the infiltration of a cancer cell by promoting the formation of the Bax/complex-I in the cancer cell, thereby being used in the invention of an effective cancer medicine.
