3D METHOD FOR OSTEOGENIC DIFFERENTIATION USING HYDROGEL

The present invention relates to the induction of the osteogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and, more specifically, to a method of the osteogenic differentiation in a short period of time, by using a porous film and a biodegradable synthetic biogel, and contactlessly culturing cells with a cell culturing container. The method is capable of significantly reducing an induction period of the osteogenic differentiation in comparison with the conventional method of the osteogenic differentiation, and having effects in easily separating the cells after the differentiation.
