The present invention relates to a noise removing device and a noise removing method using the same, generating an opposite phase-original sound source signal having an opposite phase of an original sound source signal without consideration of surrounding noise except the original sound source signal and transmitting the opposite phase-original sound source signal to a cancelling speaker such that the original sound source signal is not transmitted to other areas except an area where the cancelling speaker is installed, thereby removing noise pollution. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the noise removing device comprises: a sound source speaker and the cancelling speaker. The speaker outputs a sound source signal. The cancelling speaker outputs a signal to cancel the sound source signal. The noise removing device includes an electric control device that generates the original sound source signal based on the sound source signal received from an outside source to transmit to the sound source speaker and generate the opposite phase original sound source signal having the opposite phase of the original sound source signal to transmit the opposite phase original sound source signal to the cancelling speaker.
