Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for processing an image for monitoring the image. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring multi-channel image data in one kernel from a central processing unit; decoding the multi-channel image data in a graphic processing unit by assigning certain address information by each channel; and copying a decoded original image to the central processing unit, and outputting the same. |
