A device for transporting and laying power lines on an electric furnace provided with a plurality of trays comprises: gripping means arranged on the electric furnace; driving means, which are arranged on a plurality of points on the electric furnace so as to be synchronized with the gripping means, for pulling power lines through a reciprocal movement of an actuator; and a control means for independently controlling the gripping means and the driving means through a unit controller and a central controller, thereby allowing multiple units to be cooperatively operated when the electric furnace is narrow or when laying a long-distance electric furnace comprising straight and curved sections, and thus minimizing the number of workers while shortening the duration of the process.
