PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid type hydrogen production and power generation system capable of efficiently collecting exhaust heat from a high-temperature type power generation apparatus and effectively utilizing the collected heat by generating electric power by the high-temperature type power generation apparatus while producing hydrogen from a hydrogenerated aromatic compound stored/conveyed by an organic chemical hydride method in a hydrogen demanding place equipped with the high-temperature type power generation apparatus for generating electric power by consuming hydrogen.SOLUTION: In the hybrid type hydrogen production and the power generation system, a multitubular heat exchange type reactor using a fixed bed of a uniform high-dispersion type platinum-alumina catalyst as a dehydrogenation catalyst is used as a dehydrogenation reactor, the dehydrogenation reactor produces hydrogen by performing a dehydrogenation reaction of a hydrogenerated aromatic compound in the presence of the dehydrogenation catalyst, the obtained hydrogen is introduced into the high-temperature type power generation apparatus to perform power generation, and collected heat collected from high-temperature exhaust gas from the high-temperature type power generation apparatus is introduced into the dehydrogenation reactor to cover a part or all of heat required for the dehydrogenation reaction. |
