Provided is an estimation device for a jet lag symptom, including an acquiring unit acquiring an estimation criterion set in a manner that each of feature quantities of a physiological index of a core body temperature system and a physiological index of an activity system is classified according to the severity of the jet lag symptom, and a feature quantity range is specified according to a classification of the severity of the jet lag symptom, an extracting unit extracting the feature quantities of the physiological index of the core body temperature system and the physiological index of the activity system on a subject, and an estimating unit determining which feature quantity range of the estimation criterion includes a feature quantity of a physiological index of the subject, and estimates a jet lag symptom of the subject. |
