PURPOSE:To obtain the title electronic material without causing delamination, by heating, in a vacuum, a laminated ceramic form comprised of ceramic powder, metallic powder etc. to eliminate the organic binder, organic solvent, organic ingredients etc. contained. CONSTITUTION:First, a laminated ceramic form is produced from ceramic powder (e.g. alumina powder), metallic powder, an organic binder (e.g. polymethyl methacrylate), an organic solvent (e.g. methyl ethyl ketone) and other organic ingredients (e.g. butylbenzyl phthalate) etc. Thence, this form is heated in a vacuum to eliminate the organic binder, organic solvent, organic ingredients etc. The above process enables the title laminated ceramic electronic material to be produced without causing delamination, thus leading to preventing said material from function deterioration, internal burnout, service life shortening, etc., to effect enhancing its reliability. |
