<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyor belt allowing effective use of a core layer and a lower cover rubber layer. <P>SOLUTION: The conveyor belt has a basic structure formed by arranging a core layer 9 having a core such as a canvas of organic fiber or a plurality of steel cords organized, and a middle rubber layer 10 for adhering the core layer 9 to an upper cover rubber layer 7, between the upper cover rubber layer 7 having a conveying face 6 on which a load is placed, and a lower cover rubber layer 8 to be brought into close contact with a driving pulley and a driven pulley. In the conveyor belt 4A, the upper cover rubber layer 7 is used as an outer annular body 12, and the core layer 9, the lower cover rubber layer 8, and the middle rubber layer 10 being belt components other than the outer annular body 12 are used as an inner annular body 13.
