The valve has a through hole (3) comprising slider housings (1a, 1b) provided between an open position and a closing position of displaceable pusher plate (2). A measuring element (10) is attached to the slider housings in a lower edge area of the through hole. A cutting edge (11) of the measuring element cooperates with a cutting edge (12) of the pusher plate forming a front-sided plate edge when displacing the pusher plate into the closing position. The measuring element is formed by a measuring segment in the slider housing between two housing halves.
