The tool i.e. single-piece high-speed steel/carbide cutter (2), has cutting edges or teeth (8) provided on a front end of a tungsten carbide body (4) of the tool. A central element i.e. cylindrical high-speed steel bar (6), is tight fit in the body and extended on a portion of the body till the front end of the body so as to partially absorb bending vibrations of the tool during usage. The cutting edges or teeth are partially formed in the material of the body. |
