Disclosed is a tabletop electric stirring tool which has improved frothing functionality and dissolving functionality for water-soluble capsules that can be used in combination with the frothing functionality. This tabletop electric stirring tool is provided with: an electric rotary main body to which a rotary body, configured from a stirring shaft and stirring means, is attached; and a casing, which is a cylindrical body capable of housing the rotary body, and one end of which is removably fixed to a trunk portion of the electric rotary main body. The casing is provided with: a casing main body in which is disposed at least one aperture portion which extends along the shaft direction and which is for drawing external fluid and/or air above the fluid surface, and on which is disposed a skirt which is attached so as to be open around the shaft from below the lower end of the aperture portion; and a casing cap which is attached to the lower end of the casing main body, and the upper end of which is removably connected to the interior of the skirt of the casing main body. |
