A device for laying power lines on a wire pathway provided with a plurality of trays comprises: gripping means arranged on the wire pathway; and driving means, which are arranged on a plurality of points on the wire pathway so as to be synchronized with the gripping means, for pulling power lines through a reciprocal movement of an actuator, thereby allowing a light-weight, thin, small and compact structure during installation in a place that is difficult to work in, such as cable trays on ships and in marine plants, due to limited access and difficult positioning of the body of the workers, and thereby reducing the number of persons required for and shortening the duration of power line-laying work.
