<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled tile carpet having a low production cost, improving a recycling rate of a carpet waste material, inhibiting warpage and having a superior dimensional stability. <P>SOLUTION: The recycled carpet includes: a pile cloth layer 2 having the upper surface of a base fabric 11 filled with piles 12; a filler resin layer 3 superposed on the lower side of the base fabric; and a backing layer 4 superposed on the lower side of the filler resin layer. The backing layer includes one or a plurality of backing resin layers 7, and a resin-impregnated fiber reinforced layer 6. At least a single backing resin layer is formed by dispersing recycled resin powder obtained by pulverizing vinyl chloride resin-containing carpet waste material and pressurizing it by heating, and has a content rate of the vinyl chloride resin of 5-30 mass%. The filler resin layer is formed by applying a vinyl chloride resin paste sol and the like to the lower surface of the pile cloth layer, and a content ratio of the recycled resin to the whole carpet 1 is 50 mass% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
