The heater has heating fins provided with a U-shaped opening, which is opened toward a uniform connection chamber. The chamber is separated from a circulation chamber by a partition wall, which is provided at a region of opened ends of the opening. A positive temperature coefficient-heating element is provided in heat-conductive contact with opposite inner sides of the U-shaped opening. A housing cover supports a pump (132) and forms a pump channel, which opens out into an inlet opening of the pump formed by a pump housing (134). |
