The invention relates to an electrically insulating telescopic pole intended for enabling the access to the wires of overhead electric lines from the ground, with a view to performing various maintenance works. According to the invention, the pole consists of a plurality of tubular modules (1) with polygonal cross-section with rounded angles, made of glass-fibre-reinforced polyester nesting into one another, each said module (1) having a number of orifices (a) that can accommodate the end of some parallelepipedal buttons (2) pressed by helical compression springs (3) placed each in a recess (b) cut in a respective plastic plug (4) attached to the bottom part of the modules (1), where the axial guiding of the modules (1) in respect of one another is provided by their internal and external surfaces. |
