<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a silencer for a laminated leaf spring that improves assembling work to a leaf spring and reduces the missing possibility due to falling-off from the leaf spring. <P>SOLUTION: A silencer 1 for a laminated leaf spring is formed into a two-piece structure including a first silencer 2 arranged on the upper surface 67 side of a leaf spring 60b and a second silencer 3 arranged on the lower surface 68 side of the leaf spring 60b. The first silencer 2 and the second silencer 3 are connected to each other by a connecting member 4. When the first silencer 2 is arranged on the lower surface 68 side of a leaf spring 60, it is configured to provide a first protrusion 24, fitted into a mounting hole 66 formed in the leaf spring 60b and protruding from the lower surface 68 of the leaf spring 60, on the upper surface 22 side of a silencer body 21 of the first silencer 2. When the second silencer 3 is arranged on the lower surface 68 side of the leaf spring 60b, it is configured to provide a first fitting hole 34, fitted with the first protrusion 24 protruding from the lower surface 68 side of the leaf spring 60, on the upper surface 32 side of a silencer body 31 of the second silencer 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
