A device (1) for regulating temperature and for allocating consumption of a heating element, comprising: a box-shaped body (2) configured for being mounted to a heating element (100), in particular to a radiator; heat-regulating organs (10) for regulating the operation of the heating element so as to obtain a desired temperature in the environment where the radiant element is installed; allocating organs (20) for calculating the thermal energy consumed over time by the heating element; a first section (3) inside the box-shaped body 2, selectively accessible from outside with the device mounted; a first battery (4), housed in the first section; a second section (5) inside the box-shaped body, inaccessible from outside with the device mounted; a second battery (6), housed in the second section. In a first operating condition in which the first battery is charged, the first battery supplies at least the heat-regulating organs, and in a second operating condition in which the first battery is low, the second battery supplies the allocating organs. |
