The present invention relates to a battery cell tray equipped with a battery cell to transfer and charge the battery cell in a secondary battery manufacturing process. The present invention includes: a battery cell body installation part formed to be matched with the shape of a pouch-type battery cell including an electrode assembly storage part; an electrode terminal installation part extended in a protruding direction of an electrode terminal, protruding from a part of the battery cell body installation part to the outside of a battery case; and side walls formed along the outer surface of the tray. A step, of which size corresponds a height difference between the electrode terminal and the lower surface of the electrode assembly storage part, is formed in a boundary part between the battery cell body installation part and the electrode terminal installation part.
