摘要 A touch screen panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which can reduce the surface reflectance (Fresnel reflectance) of a touch screen in indoor and outdoor environments, suppress degradation of the visibility of a display by a reduction in surface reflectance, and improve light transmittance. The touch screen panel includes: a first transparent substrate; a transparent conductive layer formed on the first transparent substrate, and having an electrode pattern of nanorods; a transparent adhesive layer formed on the transparent conductive layer; and a second transparent substrate formed on the transparent adhesive layer.
