The present invention relates to a touch panel to reduce writing resistance. The touch panel comprises: a plurality of driving electrodes; a plurality of driving conductive connection wires; a plurality of sensing electrodes; a plurality of sensing conductive connection wires intersecting and extending with surfaces of insulation layers of the driving conductive wires respectively to electrically connecting sensing electrode cells included in the each of the sensing electrode, and connecting adjacent gaps among the sensing electrode cells of the sending electrode; and a plurality of driving wires coupled to each of the driving electrodes and extended in a direction of a second axis. The purpose of the present invention is to decrease complexity of wiring.
