The present invention relates to a secretory APE1/Ref-1 fusion protein allowing APE1/Ref-1 to be released to the outside of cells so that APE1/Ref-1 can effectively operate on an extracellular inflammation-inducing receptor which is a new operation target of the APE1/Ref-1 having anti-inflammatory activity. In addition, the present invention further relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a secretory APE1/Ref-1 fusion protein (PPT-LS-3xFLAG-APE1/Ref-1) represented by sequence number 1, and to a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient.
