The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a moss block finishing material for a wall fountain. According to the present invention, as natural cement, a resin, and dried moss are mixed, a moss block is lightweight and expresses a feeling of living moss, maintains the surface color thereof regardless of water flow, and has excellent robustness. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing a moss block finishing material for a wall fountain comprises: a first manufacturing process of manufacturing a first mixture by mixing natural cement, a resin, and water after the natural cement, the resin, and the water are inserted into an agitator; a second manufacturing process of manufacturing a second mixture by inserting green dye into the agitator accommodating the first mixture and mixing the first mixture and the green dye in the agitator after the first manufacturing process; a third manufacturing process of manufacturing a third mixture by inserting dried moss into the agitator accommodating the second mixture and mixing the second mixture and the dried moss in the agitator after the second manufacturing process; a fourth manufacturing process of manufacturing a fourth mixture by inserting the sand into the agitator accommodating the third mixture and mixing the third mixture and sand in the agitator after the third manufacturing process; a fifth manufacturing process of manufacturing a moss block for a wall fountain by inserting a fourth mixture into the extrusion molding device and forming the fourth mixture at a constant thickness in an extrusion molding device after the fourth manufacturing process; and a sixth manufacturing process of inserting the moss block for a wall fountain into a drying room, drying the mass block for a wall fountain, and primary coating an upper surface of the moss block for a wall fountain with transparent epoxy after the fifth manufacturing process. |
