The rotor blade or rotor blade element comprises a surface film, which is reacted with a hardenable resin for forming a rotor blade and/or rotor blade elements. A fiber material is soaked with the hardenable resin. The rotor blade or rotor blade element is a web, a rotor blade outer jacket and its part such as half-shell of pressure side or suction side, a rotor blade leading edge, a rotor blade trailing edge, a rotor blade tip, a spar cap, a flange reinforcement, an internal reinforcement for slinging equipment, a ballast chamber, and a balancing chamber. The rotor blade or rotor blade element comprises a surface film, which is reacted with a hardenable resin for forming rotor blade and/or rotor blade elements.
