A manufacturing method of a liquefied gas insulation structure is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of a liquefied gas insulation structure, which is manufactured by stacking a lower insulation board and an upper insulation board prepared in a liquefied gas tank, comprises: a step of preparing stud bolts on the top of the lower insulation board; a step of fixing and supporting a member or a device used for an insulation structure manufacturing process by connecting the member or the device to the stud bolts; a step of using the member or the device; and a step of welding the stud bolts to a secondary barrier prepared on the top of the lower insulation board after the member or the device is removed. Therefore, the present invention improves the efficiency and productivity of the insulation structure manufacturing process.
