The present invention aims to detect breakage of a conductor tube (1) before it is damaged and to prevent leakage of a heating fluid in advance. Specifically, the device of the present invention, in a fluid heating device (100) for heating a fluid flowing in a conductive tube (1) wound in a helical shape by applying induction heat to the conductive tube (1), comprises: an electric connection member (2) for electrically connecting each of the required units of the conductive tube (1) to form a short circuit; and a potential measuring unit (4) for measuring the potential of the conductive tube (1). |
