The present invention relates to a fire sensing system (100) using building modeling data. The system includes: a sensor part (110) installed in a building to sense a fire; a management server (130) receiving a fire signal through the sensor part (110), and operating and transmitting fire information for escape; and a personal portable terminal (170) communicated with the management server (130), and receiving the fire information for escape. The management server (130) stores 3D model data of the building in a database. According to the present invention, a fire sensing method using building modeling data is capable of efficiently rescuing people by making the people quickly evacuate in the early period of a fire by providing an evacuation route to the people, stuck in the fire inside the building, by using the system (100), and enabling a quick response by directly transmitting fire information for rescue and a fire signal to a control center terminal and a control center server in the event of a fire. |
