The present invention provides a band material for a hose fastening band and a method for manufacturing the same. The band material (d) for the hose fastening band comprises: screw holes (d1) having a predetermined length and formed on a surface thereof in a longitudinal direction; a screw coupling hole (d3) formed on one side end of arrangement of the screw holes (d1); coupling grooves (d4) formed on both sides of the screw coupling hole (d3) to be opposite each other; a coupling hole (d2) formed between one side of the arrangement of the screw holes (d1) and the screw coupling hole (d3); and a locking protrusion (d5) formed on the other side of the arrangement of the screw holes (d1). The band material (d) forms the shape of a circular band, and the locking protrusion (d5) and the coupling hole (d2), which are positioned on both sides of the band material (d), are fixedly locked, thereby maintaining the fixed circular shape thereof. Accordingly, the band material is further rapidly and accurately manufactured to increase production efficiency. Furthermore, the band material with the fixed circular shape can be completely produced through a series of procedures. |
