The present invention provides an opening and closing device for a ship and an offshore structure, comprising: a housing in which a vertically movable thruster is installed; a canister installed in the thruster and vertically movable with the thruster together; an expansion unit extended from an upper portion of the housing to the thruster and vertically expanded; an opening and closing unit comprising a door installed in the housing and watertightly sealing a portion of an inner space of the housing; and a sealing unit installed on one surface of the opening and closing unit to watertightly seal a portion of the inner space of the housing. Therefore, the thruster can be easily maintained and repaired inside a ship and an offshore structure.
