The present invention relates to an apparatus for tapping toes which, more specifically, enables a user to tap big toes of both feet against each other while the user is in a lying or seating position. The apparatus for tapping toes includes: a pair of mounting units (100) which are installed to independently rotate around a pair of hinge shafts (110) arranged in parallel with each other and support user′s feet or ankles; a rotation driving unit (200) which generates rotation force; a pair of eccentric rotation units (300) which are eccentrically rotated by rotation force of the rotation driving force; and a pair of link units (400) which have end portions, hinged to the mounting units (100) on either the outside or the inside of the hinge shaft (110), and the other end portions joined to the eccentric rotation units (300). |
