TEST APPARATUS OF DISPLAY APPARATUS AND TESTING METHOD USING THE SAME

A test apparatus of a display device comprises: a base substrate; a plurality of fixing tools constituted to independently be movable to a z-axis perpendicular to the base substrate to fixate the display device on the base substrate; and a control unit to perform inspection by controlling the operation of the fixing tools, and enabling the display device to be bent as at least two test patterns. A test method of the display device comprises: a step of arranging the display device on the substrate; a step of fixing a position of the display device using the fixing tools; and a step of performing the inspection. Provided in the present invention is a test apparatus to improve reliability in regards to a bending test with respect to the display device.
