A floating device for an offshore wind power generator and a wind power generator having the same are disclosed. The floating device for an offshore wind power generator, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a tube-shaped main body which allows a cylindrical column of an offshore wind power generator to be coupled to the center thereof; a pump which fills the main body with seawater; a vibration sensor which measures the number of vibration of the wind power generator; and a control part which calculates a mass value corresponding to the number of vibration and controls the pump to allow the main body to have mass corresponding to the mass value. Therefore, the present invention minimizes the shaking of the offshore wind power generator and reduces vibration. |
