INJECTION MOLDING APPARATUS FOR WORM-WHEEL

The present invention relates to an injection molding apparatus for a worm wheel which manufactures a worm wheel in an integrated form through an injection molding method; manufactures a gear tooth structure of a gear forming part through the injection mold method without hobbing; and modifies the structure thereof to facilitate the release of manufactured worm wheel product from an injection mold. The apparatus for injection molding the worm wheel, according to the present invention, comprises: a boss injection mold having a movable side template and a fixed-side template for integrating a worm wheel hub and a worm wheel boss into which a worm wheel shaft is press-fitted; a movable side core having the worm wheel boss integrated with the worm wheel hub by the boss injection mold mounted thereon and capable of moving forward and backward; a fixed-side core whose inner side surface faces the movable side core and which has a resin inlet formed on the outer portion; a product injection mold arranged on the inner portion of the movable side core and having a tooth form core of the worm gear in the gear tooth structure of the worm gear arranged on the circumferential surface; and a release means for releasing the worm wheel product with worm gear formed by the product injection mold. The release means includes: a plurality of releasing pins coupled to penetrate the movable side core; a release plate coupled to fix ends of the release pins; and a guiding means for guiding the rotation of the tooth form core of the worm gear when the worm wheel product released.
