The present invention relates to an elastic structure inside skin tissue, and to a manufacturing method thereof. When manufacturing an elastic structure, the elastic structure is manufactured through a stabilization treatment step at the temperatures higher than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of a biodegradable polymer used for manufacturing the elastic structure. The elastic structure manufactured by the manufacturing method is manufactured by the biodegradable polymer having the glass transition temperature (Tg) higher than the body temperature, and prevents the deformation of the elastic structure by the body temperature, even if the elastic structure is inserted in the skin.
