The present invention relates to a temperature control device of a heat transfer mat and, more specifically, to a device for checking grounding of power source using a capacitive touch sensor and a method thereof capable of determining grounding generated by the change of the static electricity voltage of the capacitive touch sensor when a user touches an electrode. The device comprises: an AC power unit; the electrode; a ground potential detecting unit generating a grounding signal according to the ground potential by including the capacitive touch sensor; and a display controlling unit. |
