Provided is an apparatus to continuously measure a powder flow rate comprising: a panel having an inner space storing power having a certain particle size, including an outlet connected to the inner space, and discharging a powder on a lower end; a container arranged on the lower part of the panel, storing the powder discharged through the outlet; a scale continuously measuring a weight of the powder discharged to the container; and a timer continuously measuring a powder discharging time to continuously measure the flow rate of the powder at once, and increasing an accuracy of measurement of the flow rate of the powder.
