The present invention relates to a method and device for supplying a solution while preventing the polymer solution from leaking in a supply pump arranged on the lower part of a delivery pump while suppressing the generation of cavitation, and to a solution film-forming method. A dope supply device (13) includes a tank (17), the delivery pump (18), a pressure meter (22), a supply pump (21), an adjustment valve (23), and a controller (24) to supply the dope (11) to a film manufacturing apparatus (14). The dope (11) in the tank (17) is transmitted by the deliver pump (18). A part of the dope (11) returns to the tank (17) by a second pipe (L2). The dope (11) supplied to a flexible die (28) by the supply pump (21) forms a film (12) after being discharged to the flexible die (28). The first pressure of the supply pump (21) is controlled within a set range by the opening adjustment of the adjustment valve (23) by the controller (24) based on the detection result of the compression meter (22). |
