The present invention relates to an internet-based integrated web monitoring system. The system comprises: a plurality of measuring devices measuring a state of a target device in an industrial site through a sensor; a plurality of serial gateways connected with the measuring devices, and converting data, measured by the measuring devices for providing the data to a user connected through the internet; and a user terminal outputting the data received by the user through the internet by accessing the serial gateways. The system is capable of monitoring and controlling a remote management target by using the internet.
