The present invention discloses a composition for infecting bacteriophage-resistant bacteria comprising bacteriophage PBECO4 or a colanic acid degrading enzyme (CAE) derived therefrom, and a use thereof. The composition according to the present invention can effectively infect bacteria showing resistance about bacteriophage adsorption inhibition through the bacteriophage adsorption inhibition, thereby being able to be used as antibiotics and antiseptics, and also provide an anti-fouling effect in food sanitation devices and medical devices by preventing the formation of biofilm.
