The present invention relates to a registered IP access management method of a client. A cookie-based client registered IP access management method by group according to the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving an access request of the client to manage the access of the client according to the number of predetermined access permissions for a registered IP; determining the permission of the access of the client according to the number of predetermined access permissions by determining the number of clients who access to a registered IP group or request for the access through a cookie code allocated to distinguish the client with the registered IP group including the registered IP in which the client requests to access as a unit; and permitting the access of the client according to the permission of the determined access. According to the present invention, a management target client is selected as regards access permission of the client and the access of the client who accesses the registered IP is managed by group. Thus, the load of a management server or a system can be reduced than an HTTP traffic of the client who accesses all registered IPs is individually managed.
