The present invention relates to a transfer apparatus for a metal coil and a transfer method thereof. The objective of the present invention is to shorten transfer time, also to improve productivity, and also to reduce personnel expense and to minimize fraction defective. The objective of the present invention is accomplished by the transfer apparatus including: a foreign substance removal part which is formed to remove foreign substances from the surface of a metal sheet; a preheating part which is formed to preheat the metal sheet by being installed at one side of the foreign substance removal part; a heat compression part which is formed to transfer a pattern by heat-compression of a transfer paper on an upper plane of the metal sheet supplied by being preheated, by being installed at one side of the preheating part; a heat treatment part which is formed to maintain a transfer state on the surface of the metal sheet for a long period of time by heating the metal sheet, which is transferred to one plane and is under transportation, at a high temperature during transportation at one side of the heat compression part; a release paper winding roller which is rotationally formed to delaminate and wind release paper of the transfer paper attached on the upper plane of the metal sheet which is heated and transferred, at one side of the heat treatment part; a protective film attachment part which is formed to attach a protective film supplied from a protective film supply part in order to protect the pattern transferred to one plane of the metal sheet member which is under transportation with the release paper delaminated at one side of the release paper winding roller; and a winding part which is installed at one side of the protective film attachment part and is formed to wind the metal sheet member which is transferred with the protective film attached on one plane thereof. |
