The present invention relates to healthy dried laver rice rolls using onion boiled with balsamic dressing, and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the healthy dried laver rice rolls using onion boiled with balsamic dressing, comprises: a first step of preparing the balsamic dressing; a second step of boiling onions in the balsamic dressing; a third step of placing rice and two bacons on dried laver; a fourth step of wrapping the laver after placing the onions boiled in the balsamic dressing, nuts, egg garnish, carrot, and spinach on the bacons one by one, and aging the laver rolls. The present invention can maintain the freshness of laver rice rolls for a long period by having a sterilization effect through using onions boiled in balsamic dressing, and has an effect of increasing expiration date. |
