The present invention relates to a washing apparatus for a crude oil storage tank, washing away sludge made of a pollution material, rust or residual material of floating matter or the like, which remain in the crude oil storage tank after discharging oil from the crude oil storage tank formed to store the oil. According to the present invention, when the sludge coagulated in the crude oil tank is crushed to be washed away by the oil or is washed away by washing water, the used oil or the used washing water is heated and is injected into the crude oil storage tank, and the waste oil mixed with the sludge in the crude oil storage tank or waste washing water mixed with the waste oil is circulated while being heated multiple times to be used as washing oil or washing water. Moreover, the present invention has an effect to resolve a difficulty that a large amount of water has to be separated from the waste oil mixed with the sludge since the sludge coagulated in the crude oil storage tank is crushed to be washed away by injecting the heated oil. Furthermore, the present invention has another effect to reduce heat loss in reheating the washing oil since the sludge in the crude oil storage tank is crushed to be washed away by circulating the waste oil mixed with the sludge, which is used as the washing oil, while repeatedly reheating the waste oil. In addition, the present invention has the other effect to completely separate the sludge and the waste oil in such a manner that the sludge among the waste oil and the sludge separated from each other in a sludge separation tank by means of a settling way using a difference in specific gravity is heated in a second heat exchanger and is again separated. |
