The present invention relates to an anti-oxidation functional food, feed, and a pharmaceutical composition containing branched amino acids as active ingredients which has a lipid oxidation inhibitory activity mechanism. Anti-oxidation functionality unique to the branched amino acids is verified and a value of the branched amino acids as functional materials is identified by measuring anti-oxidation activity by a DPPH method, β-Carotene bleach inhibition, a thiobarbituric acid test, and an FTC method. In addition, an anti-oxidation functional food or feed and pharmaceutical composition which have lipid oxidation inhibition activity particularly in aspects of nutrition, functionality, and quality.
