Disclosed is a touch key assembly which is installed on an electronic device to sense a touch of a user. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the touch key assembly comprises: a substrate having at least one groove; a touch controller chip and a light source mounted in the groove; a touch sensor pattern electrically connected to the touch controller chip; and a plurality of terminals wherein at least one thereof is electrically connected to the touch controller chip and exposed to the outside of the substrate. According to the present invention, expensive FPCBs do not need to be used, or a quantity of FPCBs used can be greatly reduced to reduce manufacturing costs in comparison to a conventional touch key assembly. Also, the touch key assembly is manufactured in a package form to reduce the size of the touch key assembly in comparison to a conventional touch key assembly to increase utility of a small electronic device. Also, since a manufacturing process of the touch key assembly is simplified in comparison to a conventional method, manufacturing costs can be reduced, and productivity can be improved. |
