The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dry-type skin care pack made of a complex support of a nanofiber web and fiber nonwoven fabric, a dry-type skin care pack manufactured by the same, and a skin care method using the dry-type skin care pack. More specifically, provided is a technology for manufacturing the dry-type skin care pack which excellent skin-adhesion properties, provides an excellent use sensation, and includes essence capable of being easily diffused and absorbed in the skin. According to the present invention, the skin care pack is manufactured by electrospinning only a biocompatible polymer solution and spraying functional ingredients from the outside apart from the skin care pack. To prevent the biocompatible polymer solution from being dissolved by the functional ingredients and forming a film, the manufactured skin care pack is treated with heat at high temperatures to control solubility by increasing crystallizability of the nanofiber web made of the biocompatible polymer. Therefore, a skin care effect can be increased by increasing a penetration speed and a diffusion speed of the injected functional ingredients into the skin.
