The present invention relates to a water power generator, and more specifically, to a sluice buried type-power generator with a detachable draft pipe, using a reaction water turbine together with an impulse water turbine by attaching and detaching the draft pipe in a state where the water power generator is buried in a sluice. According to the present invention, a waterway pipe is installed in such a manner where the waterway pipe is sucked into an interior of an upper part of the sluice and passes through the interior of the sluice to be discharged to the outside of a lower part of the sluice. An auxiliary water gate is installed on an entrance of the waterway pipe formed toward the inside of the upper part of the sluice. A cross flow water turbine is installed on the lower part of the waterway pipe to be rotated by water flowing through the waterway pipe. A generator is installed to be embedded in the sluice and generates electrical energy by the rotation force of the water turbine. The draft pipe is installed on the entrance of the waterway pipe formed on the exterior of the lower part of the sluice to be attached/detached through a flange.
