The present invention relates to an intake screen bar foreign substance removal apparatus, for performing a foreign substance removal work of a screen bar installed in an intake of a power plant more rapidly and easily. The present invention to realize the same provides the intake screen bar foreign substance removal apparatus including: a handle part (20) which is configured to be connected to one side of a main body part (10) as having a fixed length; a foreign substance removal part (15) which has a plate shape and is protruded at another side of the main body part (10) in order to be inserted into a groove among the intake screen bar (100); and an adjustment plate (30) which is fastened to a rear side through a bolt (31) in order to adjust the width of the foreign substance removal part (15).
